Jenny Smyth - "Your contents page is set out really well and looks really professional, you've kept the same colour scheme throughout also really like the picture you've used for your front cover, just need to get your text in place for your article now!"

Kayleigh Allen - "I like the colours you've used they really stand out and the bold text is really eye catching, your text on your contents page could be smaller and on your front cover the text where is says people looks a bit stretched! I like the text on the double page spread and even though its not finished am sure you'll be putting more of your house colours into it!"

Lucy Skeggs - "The picture on the front page goes well with the theme of your magazine and also the effect. The contents page is set out well and the colours make the writing easy to read. On the double page spread the 'echo to eggy' is really good and quite catchy!"

Will Lawton - " I like the effects and photos you have used in your magazine to suit the house style that you've chosen!"

Chloe Francom - "The picture on the front cover clearly depicts that it is a music magazine which will automatically draw your preferred audience. the large text on their names are very clear and so is most of the writing on the cover, making it easy to read and eye catching from a distance.

The contents page follows the same house style and colour scheme so it really fits in with the rest of the magazine. The headings are clear and it is well set out. One improvement you could make is to put some page numbers on the picture on the left to follow conventions of a lot of music magazines.

Your double page spread is consistent in the way that it includes the same people in the picture. However, it could use some more similar colours as the other 2 pages, such as red."

Here is some feed back i've been given on my front cover, contents page and my double page spread. I will take all the critical feed back i've been given into consideration on what i could improve and try to add them into my pages to gain higher marks.

This is a rough copy of my double page spread ive chose to go for an old fashioned style as the band is retro and is brought through with the clothing they are wearing like 50's styles and the newspaper colours complements this well.
When it is finished it will have all the detail and a well written article on the band

There is a few more things i need to add and change in order to get my marks up and to make sure ive kept within the house style am looking at.

This is my final image that i will be using as my front cover of my music magazine i have added an affect which was film grain which gives the effect that the picture was taken in the 60's

This is me having a play around changing my front cover picture to see which one suits best.
